Your Investment
You may have been considering therapy, but been unsure of whether to make the financial investment + time commitment.
As someone who has worked with various counsellors, healers + therapists over the years, I understand your concerns.
I understand how risky it feels to put trust in another, or to share intimate struggles.
The opportunity for change can feel both attractive + nerve-wracking!
Yet, investing in therapy has been one of the best things I’ve ever done.
My personal experience is that the ‘Return On Investment’ (ROI) is tangible.
It includes higher self worth, which impacts personal finance positively and permanently.
I keep my rates as low as possible in relation to my experience + results.
The cost per 50 minute weekly session is £65 or £85 depending on the time slot booked.
The cost of this package will remain at £260 or £340 per month for the duration.

In accordance with UK law, all testimonials are 100% genuine.

“One thing you said to me before our sessions ended, I said to I would love to go to the Maldives, but I was doubtful to go on my own. You encouraged me that it’s okay to ‘go on your own, on holiday‘ and that you did it in the Middle East. You said to me: if you do it will do wonders for my confidence. Last year I did go to the Maldives on my own, and I fully enjoyed it. I made the first move talking to people, and I didn’t feel alone, or awkward. Everyone was so relaxed happy and outgoing. It has done wonders for my confidence, to overcome doubts and go to a place that I really wanted to go, even though it’s set up as a honeymoon destination. So thank you for the Maldives holiday and for encouraging me to follow my dreams / heart / intuition and to trust myself.”

“After the second to last session of the 12 weeks, I felt clearer than I had felt for a while: more sure of myself and less floaty. I also noticed that I don’t rely on the security [of the weekly sessions], whereas initially I had so many things in my notebook [to share]. The insights I have had through our sessions have [allowed me to] see myself from a different perspective. Rather than feeling “there’s just something wrong with me”, I have realised that I am shaped by people, despite my reluctance to consider this fact. It has helped me not feel so weird and to understand why I am how I am.
“I really liked having someone to listen to me and to talk about myself without feeling like I need to look after the other person or worry about being a burden. I felt validated in our sessions, which was initially strange / unfamiliar. I found certain points insightful and interesting,[and a relief]: new helpful ways of thinking about life. [You] understood what I was saying – I did not feel like I was talking to a wall. I felt listened to. Specifically, the realisation that I abandon myself very helpful… This was something I did not understand about myself until now [and this] awareness is changing how I act in life already.
“Another of my key realisations is the internal core of evaluation. It was very true to me – I found it very reassuring and freeing to learn these terms to explain how I feel. It was a great experience working with you and I appreciate all that you have shown me. I want to thank you for all your kindness and help, and I also wish you all the best. Thank you.”

“My intention was to transform, and that has happened in some surprising ways! Therapy has been so helpful during a challenging + difficult time. There has been rapid learning due to unexpected circumstances that have unfolded since signing up to work with Amy. I have learnt about myself, including how I have been unconsciously submissive and obedient to people, and sabotaging myself in many ways. I have been stepping into my power and learning how to recognise ‘safe’ and ‘unsafe’ people at work. As an HSP and empath, therapy has been validating and I have had a few ‘wake up’ moments. Thank you for being my guiding light Amy and challenging me to keep making the small changes to transform myself for the better.” Therapeutic Counselling Client in Croydon, London, testimonial by email 22nd September 2025

“It has been important to me to have you / the weekly sessions to go to during the last 18 months. Your guidance and support has helped me reflect. You are really good at noticing patterns and switching on lightbulbs. The therapy process has been eye-opening. I appreciate how much I have learnt. I’m more confident due to tackling and overcoming some difficult issues. I have greatly improved self esteem, self discipline + self care. I feel good about being me and I’m really pleased about where I am at today. Thank you.” Therapeutic Counselling Client in Cumbria, UK, testimonial via Zoom on 4th September 2025

“Therapy has had a big impact and has really helped me. There have been some breakthrough moments due to unpicking decades of thoughts and patterns, mainly from my childhood. I have examined how I try to prove my value and worth and have identified people-pleasing habits which I wasn’t fully aware of. It has helped to vocalise and sift through my thoughts in a safe environment. We have gone to the root of the issues, and this is impossible to do just from talking with friends. I have more respect for myself and better boundaries with family and work now. My view of potential romantic partners has changed because my view of myself has changed. I am more confident and discerning with what nourishes me rather than what doesn’t align with me. I have a much stronger foundation on which to move forwards. It has been so valuable and I am so grateful.” Therapeutic Counselling Client in Wimbledon, London UK, testimonial given by email 26th July 2025

“My intention in therapy was to get control of my emotional reactions, and since starting I have begun to notice a small ‘gap’ between an event and my reaction to it. Just enough to stop my automatic response and get some control. This alone has been a really big first step for me. The dynamic between myself and my key relationships has changed for the better, I have more empowerment, clearer communication, and more self-forgiveness. There has been a big shift in how I perceive myself. Therapy has created awareness, and I know I’m on the right path. Thanks so much for your valuable insights and help over the last few months… It’s all much appreciated!” Therapeutic Counselling client Kingston upon Thames, London, given by email on 21st July 2025

“Therapy has touched on some deep issues from a long time ago. I have more understanding of the child that lives inside me and I’m less self critical. I feel more confidence in myself and I have embarked on a new path of learning and growth. My life includes more play and self care. I’ve created more space to do the things that matter and what is joyful to me. I know my inner child better and she is no longer in charge and ‘steering the vehicle’ forward. I give myself permission to feel my feelings more intensely: they are no longer inconvenient. I feel compassion for myself and I have more emotional range. I am able to be vulnerable and this has helped my personal relationships. I feel that I have inner resources to handle life’s changes as they come, instead of battling for control. I feel better equipped for the future.“ Client in Colorado, USA, feedback given via Zoom on 8th May 2025

“My weekly therapy has been a safe space where I can express my feelings and emotions. Outside of the session, it has helped me to say what I feel, to share my perspective. I feel more confident in communication. I have been processing some quite strong emotions, and I have more body awareness and can be the observer. Old fears have resurfaced and I have a better understanding of how my early experiences have shaped my adult life and why I “never felt approved of”. I am finding ways to approve of myself and sit with the loneliness of my inner child. I have learnt a lot during therapy and now have new ways of seeing myself, taking care of myself and improving my life for the better.
“I feel hope for the future and really thankful. I did the right thing to ask for help and I am really grateful. Therapy really helped me gain new emotional and external insights. I didn’t know I was looking at life through a filter of the inner critic and other unconscious limiting beliefs. Now I feel more emotionally connected with less censorship. I accept my emotions and myself more. I feel quite free. Thank you so much.” Therapeutic Counselling Client, Japan, 29th April 2025

“I can see myself more clearly and it now feels like more stability is around the corner in various parts of my life. The pace and consistency of weekly therapy has been useful to process big life events, and has helped me sort muddled thoughts into words and understanding. Therapy has helped me to prioritise myself before helping others. I have more faith in myself + faith that I am part of a benevolent universe. I understand myself better, including making sense of the past and being able to put my behaviours and responses into context. I feel more self compassion and am hopeful about the future.” Therapeutic Counselling Client, Malaysia, 20th April 2025

“I am more direct in my communication, more assertive + proactive, and I have stronger boundaries. I speak up for myself more + I have more immediate responses to situations at work than previously. People do not like it as much, but I’m not as worried about people pleasing because I like myself more. I’m excited about being involved in voluntary + social groups, and notice that people react differently to me. I look after myself with different forms of regular self care that allow me to process strong emotions, instead of suppressing them. I feel optimistic and hopeful about the future and am much happier in myself.” Therapeutic Counselling Client, feedback via Zoom, London, 17th September 2024

“Thank you for the amazing therapy sessions over the past months. They have been incredibly supportive, motivating, enlightening and of course absolutely in tune with everything at all times. I feel like I’m finally getting out of the quagmire and back on a path again. This is mainly thanks to you and the sessions. Thank you again 🙂🌟 With all best wishes, respect + gratitude” Therapeutic Counselling Client, feedback by email, March 2024

“The therapy has been amazing + I’ve been singing your praises. I’ve made a lot of progress and have been having ‘light bulb’ moments. You’ve helped me to dig deep into the inner child stuff + been instrumental in getting me to see things I couldn’t before. I’m very happy with our work together.” Therapeutic Counselling Client, feedback via Zoom, London, 30th August 2022

“Working with Amy was an absolute pleasure + I will miss her very much. I went to Amy with a rather muddled set of issues and the general feeling that I just wanted to be fixed in some way. I wanted to improve my self confidence / self esteem / self worth, imposter syndrome, lack of boundaries, stress and a long standing eating disorder. 12 months later, I can categorically say I have emerged a different, more empowered person, with a new found strength and resilience. I feel confident that I now have a new internal toolkit that I can turn to when the s*** hits the fan. I will no longer be held back by shame or the illusion that I am somehow not good enough. I’m noticing new changes, developments and evolutions in myself every day…
“For years I’ve been at war with myself. Giving myself the hardest time. Putting myself under so much pressure. Punishing myself for looking or acting a certain way. Now, I am in my own corner. My own champion. What better outcome could you ask for than that? If you are unsure about therapy, but your gut is pulling you towards this, listen to it. There’s something inside you waiting to be healed and Amy will help you to heal it. I’m not saying it will be easy, but you could ask for no better guide, cheerleader or confidante than Amy.”
Therapeutic Counselling Client, Cumbria, UK, January 2022

“I’m feeling more positive + more realistic. My boundaries are a lot better with family + friends. In all aspects of life I am now able to put myself first in a healthy way. I feel more self worth + self-esteem, and I’m less reactive. I’m in a steady place, stronger + we’ve achieved a lot.”
