How it works
The programmes above consist of 6 months of 1-2-1 support + online training:
• 60 minute 1-2-1 via Zoom, at the same time / day each month, over 6 months.
• Free access to course content in a private online area
• 45-60 minute training module per month plus worksheets + exercises.
1-2-1s take place between 12.00pm-5.30pm UK on Tuesdays + Thursdays.
The Cost
• £95.00 per month for 6 months
• Option to upgrade to fortnightly 1-2-1s: 1 x teaching session + 1 x Power Hour session for an extra £55 per month (£150 pm total).
• Option to extend course access beyond 6 months at £45 pm (includes 30 min 1-2-1 check-in).
* Legal note: All 1-2-1 sessions must be redeemed within 6 months of booking. Email support between sessions is not included. *
What you’ll need:
To learn with me 121 + access all the course materials, you’ll need:
• Computer / laptop access for the 1-2-1 Zoom calls.
• Internet connection.
• A private space.
• A PDF reader to complete the worksheets – or you can make notes on paper, if you prefer.
• 60 minutes of study time per month.
• The time + commitment to follow through – to see results you’ll need to implement!
• Basic tech know-how (i.e. you can switch on a computer + sign-in)

For Monster Slayerz – Time for daily self-care + establishing new mental habits.
For Holistic Grower – An openness to new ways of working + going outside your comfort zone.
For The Healing Eye – An acceptance that certain things beyond human understanding are currently un-measurable by science.
