Why I created the guide + course

In 2008, I saw a film that changed my life forever.
Now I believe that this shift in consciousness was necessary for me to become a better healer + spiritual channel.

Going plant-based was a method for me to feel less powerless about what was happening to billions of animals every year. And the destruction of the environment.
It helped me take back control of what I put in my body and where I spent my money.
I felt better inside. I even lost weight + had more energy.

I’m no longer strict vegan due to the trials of living abroad on a construction site.
However, I’m still a committed advocate of the plant-based diet + lifestyle.
I believe that we can all help ourselves, animals + the planet with a more plant-based diet.

I’ve been helping HSPs go plant-based since 2016.
(– i.e. switching to a diet of less animal products.)
My illustrated Guide is now on it’s 3rd edition!
Every time I update all the links + references, I’m reminded of how good humans are at heart.

As I revised the beautiful contents for 2021/22, it re-connected me with a sense of purpose.
