Why Join …Me?Though I have experienced the benefits of meditation, I’m no pro! In fact, I’m just like you. Someone who knows a lot about the benefits of meditation, has dabbled, but has formed no consistent daily habit. This will be a challenge for me too. In fact, when I was putting the idea together, I nearly didn’t go through with it. I started to doubt that I had anything to offer. Then I got out of my own way. I realised what I can give you is commitment, encouragement and inspiration. I’ll be enthusiastic, positive, loyal, i.e. I won’t abandon you half way through! I’ll give you feedback on my own progress, challenges and observations too. Work days aside, I don’t always meditate regularly. Instead I leap out of bed in the morning. Then other things get in the way. Suddenly the day is over. Can you relate? My motivation for doing this is that I want to offer support to more people. People who want to start looking after themselves better: mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually.
