“Feeling everything so deeply can be a blessing, and a curse.”
“The therapy has been amazing + I’ve been singing your praises. I’ve made a lot of progress and have been having ‘lightbulb’ moments. You’ve helped me to dig deep into the inner child stuff + been instrumental in getting me to see things I couldn’t before. I’m very happy with our work together.”

About Low Cost Therapy
Low cost therapy is a service for highly sensitive empaths who want to heal + transcend childhood emotional neglect.
Clients who work with me have reached a point where they are ready to take responsibility for changing their lives.
They realise that, though the past cannot be rewritten, they no longer need to be limited by outdated beliefs, feelings or patterns.
Through the course of therapy, clients are able to loosen the grip of anxiety, depression or doubt.
They find new ways to stay calm, self soothe + look after themselves.
Self-awareness burns through unconscious patterns that sabotage success.
The tools, strategies + practical steps of therapy are far-reaching and long lasting.
The structure + focus creates a safe container for growth + change.
Our trustful + genuine relationship helps to repair long-standing attachment wounds.
Therapy can provide nutrients for your inner child, so the ‘adult in you’ can take back control.
You may have been considering therapy, but been unsure of whether to make the financial investment + time commitment.
As someone who has worked with various counsellors, healers + therapists over the years,
I understand your concerns.
Yet, my experience is that the ‘Return On Investment’ (ROI) is tangible.
It includes higher self worth, which impacts personal finance positively overall.
I have lived through Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) myself.
So I know how risky it feels to put trust in another, or to share intimate struggles.
The opportunity for change can feel both attractive + nerve-wracking!
Yet, investing in therapy has been one of the best things I’ve ever done.
What to look for in a therapist
When considering a therapist, you should look for sincerity + confidence.
You should also consider their speciality, training + experience.
Your therapist should be open-minded and curious about you (i.e. not directive).
They should hold you with unconditional positive regard – which is where the therapist recognises + champions the good in you, whatever your circumstances, feelings or behaviours.
Your therapist should be well-read and ‘trauma-informed’.
“I’m feeling more positive + more realistic. My boundaries are a lot better with family and friends. In all aspects of life I am now able to put myself first in a healthy way. I feel more self worth + self-esteem, and I’m less reactive. I’m in a steady place, stronger and we’ve achieved a lot.”
