Who is the Home membership for?
Home is a sacred place in cyber-space for strong sensitives who are changing their lives from the inside out.
It’s a virtual retreat + learning centre for highly sensitive women (– and a few men).
These strong sensitive super heroines – and heros – are on a quest to be happier, healthier and more abundant.
Step by step.
One day at a time.
What kind of people will you find on the inside? Meet Emily.
Why do I have to sign up for a year?
Because I want you to get results – and change takes time + commitment.
How much time will I need?
You will need a minimum of 20 minutes for self-care every day. I recommend an hour a week for learning and an hour a week for implementing. The more time investment you make the bigger results you will get.
What results can you expect?
Better wellbeing, greater motivation and inspiration to change your life, more inner peace and self-acceptance, tangible changes in the material world due to your inner changes + education.
Last week (w/c 8th April) one member told me they had gone through a transformation and rebirth thanks to Home’s life-changing content. Another wrote in the Facebook group that home was “the best investment ever.”
You will benefit most if you are highly sensitive adult child from a dysfunctional family. You will also find more information and resources super relevant if you are either a HSP business owner or professional, though this is not essential.
How will I know if I’m making progress?
You can chart your progress along a Growth Path that tells you what stage you are at and what to focus on next.
This specially designed by me, based on years of client work and personal discovery.
You are encouraged to pledge a monthly goal to establish a new habit or get something done.
To start this will be meditation + self-care followed by areas of your choice, supported by the tools + resources in the extensive library.
You also have the option of accelerating your progress by dipping into the in-depth trainings for HSP adult children of dysfunctional families + HSP business owners: Monster Slayerz, The Holistic Grower and The Healing Eye.
When you start to make progress you will feel motivated, more optimistic, more confident and have greater self-belief.
Can I use Home instead of healing or counselling?
You are encouraged to acknowledge and express your struggles as part of their authenticity. It’s this kind of vulnerability that builds trust and helps you find support and encouragement.
However, this space is for sensitives who want to move away from drama + into healthier and happier patterns of relating. Therefore, each member is required to take personal responsibility for their own well-being + health independently of this community. That might be through healing, couunselling, therapy or other means.
Home is not a substitute for mental health support. It does not provide support for chronic issues, addiction, crisis, serious mental health problems or trauma. If you need help with such issues you must seek appropriate ongoing professional support.
What about my privacy?
Privacy and confidentiality are highly valued and your personal details are kept safe and protected by me.
I have a Virtual Assistant who manages my emails and customer support, and therefore has limited access to your details (name, your emails to me, email address, etc.).
All Members must honour privacy and confidentiality, both in the Facebook group and in video calls. See the Terms & Conditions for more details.
If you have qualms about using Facebook, you will be shown step by step how to set up an incredibly private Facebook account, where no one will be able to find you online.
If you have a Facebook account but rarely use it, you can set up Facebook to send you an email notification from the Home Facebook Group every time a new post is made.
No social / meet-up video calls are recorded.
Can I book an extra Power Hour with you?
Power Hours will be offered at a reduced rate to members, from July 2019.
What timezone do Home activities take place in?
I’m in northern Spain (CEST timezone) which is an hour ahead of the UK. All Q&As, live video calls, workshops, connection circles and 1-2-1s will be scheduled in UK time (GMT/BST).
Live classes and meet ups are 9am UK Saturdays and 4pm UK Sundays.
Power Hours are on Thursdays between 9am UK and 6pm UK.
Programme workshops times are to be confirmed.
What about internet connection?
You will need a laptop and internet connection for the interactive parts of Home (such as the Members Area, video calls via Zoom, downloading and filling in worksheets, etc).
You could use a smartphone for other aspects (such as listening to audio meditations or replays, or interacting on Facebook, for example).
** If there is a internet service interruption at my end, alternative dates / times for live events are always offered. **
How do I get involved?
In any way that feels comfortable to you.
Quite a few members are introverts so you are not expected to be ra-ra-ra all the time!
You can post on the Group wall, respond to other member posts, share aspects of your life and/or progress along the Growth Path, ask me questions, turn up to the video calls, work through the core content, pledge a monthly goal, opt-in to have a accountability buddy, access the tools in the Members Area, reach out to others with whom you feel an affinity or connection, share your goals and aspirations so you can get extra encouragement, give feedback to me via surveys, polls and answering my queries, celebrate your successes and give people a chance to get to know THE REAL YOU.
Is Home going to be full of hippies?
Home Members are spiritually curious and heart-centred, but have their feet firmly in the material world.
You will not be overwhelmed with stories of alien visitations and orbs. But you can expect open-mindedness, lots of humour and a high dosage of common sense from others on similar healing and personal development paths.
Home is organised to be a boundaried and structured place by someone who has a strong grounding in ethics and professionalism (i.e. me). This structure is necessary to create a positive energy and make all Members feel safe.
What if I don’t like the people in the Home community?
Home Members share similar qualities to Emily so, if she sounds like someone you could get along with, you will be fine.
Additionally, all Members are asked to:
- Taking full personal responsibility for the sum of your own experience and getting appropriate external support, as needed.
- Welcome the diversity of personality, age, race, profession, sexual orientation, worldview and background of Home members. To view this diversity as a reflection of life and the world we live in, as well as the opportunity to find a deeper understanding of our shared values and similarities.
- Honour the sacred container of Home and act towards other members with kindness, respect and encouragement at all times.
